WHAT WE DO

Our dedicated team of psychosocial recovery coaches offers personalised assistance to individuals navigating mental health challenges, trauma, or significant life changes. These professionals play a pivotal role in helping you regain a sense of normalcy, purpose, and hope in your life.

You will be paired with a skilled and empathetic recovery coach who will guide you through each step of the process. They will invest time in understanding your unique needs, challenges, and goals, empowering you to develop coping mechanisms, strengthen emotional resilience, and enhance your overall wellbeing.

Our psychosocial recovery coaching services are available across Adelaide Metropolitan area and nearby regional towns.

Access You NDIS Plan

Let’s take a look at your NDIS plan and see how we can best help you utilise your plan.

Link & Connect to Services

We'll link you with service providers to support your recovery journey and assist with Functional Assessments for your next plan review.

Periodic Support

We'll assist you on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis to achieve your NDIS recovery goals.

Develop a Recovery Plan

We’ll put together a comprehensive recovery plan, that is specific to your needs.

WHAT WE DO

What is meant by 'recovery' under the NDIS?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Commission defines psychosocial disability as a condition primarily related to mental health issues that significantly impact individuals' daily lives. Unlike traditional medical models that focus solely on diagnosis, the NDIS Commission's approach emphasises the broader spectrum of challenges and barriers faced by individuals living with mental health conditions.

WHAT WE DO

Who can be a Recovery Coach under the NDIS?

A Recovery Coach may be...

  • Someone with a lived experience (called a lived experience recovery coach) or;

  • Someone with learned experience and knowledge of psychosocial disability and mental health

A Recovery Coach must have...

  • Qualification in Peer work or Mental health (Minimum of a Cert IV) or equivalent training.

  • And/or a minimum two years of experience in mental health.
